Stuffed Chicken Breast

Preheat the oven to 375°. Place chicken breast in a baking dish, skin-side up. Bake for 1 hour or until reaching an internal temperature of 160°. Place foil loosely over top and let stand for at least 10 minutes. Cut the breast off of the bone and slice the breast.
