Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Sear each side about 3 to 4 minutes. Finish cooking with indirect heat with the lid closed for about 15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160° is reached. Take off grill and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
Cut chicken into thin strips, or ask us to do it for you. Cook veggies until almost tender. Remove from pan and add chicken. Sauté until almost done. Return the vegetables to the pan and finish cooking for about 10 minutes.
