Oven

Preheat the oven to 350° Degrees. Bake meat loaf in a foil pan provided. Cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature of 160° is reached. Take out of oven and let rest in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the pan. Slice and serve.
