Garlic and Basil Pork Tenderloin
Preheat the oven to 375°. Place the tenderloin into a shallow baking dish or broiler pan. Roast the tenderloin for about 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of 140° to 145° is reached. Take it out of the oven and let it rest 5 to 10 minutes. Lay the tenderloin length wise and slice it into ¼ inch slices.
With medium/high heat, sear all of the sides. Then finish with indirect heat, lid closed. Cook until internal temperature of 140° to 145° is reached.
