Frenched Pork Loin (Garlic Crusted)
Oven
Preheat the oven to 350° Degrees. Place double-cut chops, garlic-side up, in a shallow baking dish. Roast about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of 145° to 150° is reached. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut between the bones to serve single chops.
BBQ
When cooking in the BBQ, place with indirect medium heat, lid closed. 30 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of 145° to 150° is reached.
