Preheat the grill on high. Sear each side for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then cook the meat on indirect heat with the lid closed for about 8 to 10 minutes. Take off the grill and let rest. Cut meat into 3 inch strips. After the strips have been sliced, slice across the grain and serve.
